Deposit is required by London City Rooms in order to secure the property. It is used for the damages that might occur during the stay. If there is no damage in the property, the tenants should receive their deposit back.

London City Rooms is responsible for sending a notice to the tenants by following terms and conditions for a regular inspection of the property. Every three months, we will be making sure that your property remains in a good condition.
